TV Spor Rehberi shows you which sports match is on, at what time, and on which channel. It has no sign-up, no login, and no user accounts. This policy explains exactly what data the app handles, why, and how you can remove it.

| Name, email, phone, contacts, photos, precise location | Never collected. |
1Who is responsible
This app is published by Fre4, the developer name of Fatih Çankaya, an independent developer based in Türkiye ("we", "us"). We are the data controller for the data described in this policy.
Questions, requests, or complaints: fre4dev@gmail.com. We aim to reply within 30 days.
2No account, no identity
The app has no registration, no login, and no profile system tied to a real identity. We never ask for and never collect your name, email address, phone number, date of birth, postal address, or payment details.
We also do not collect, access, or request:
- Precise or approximate GPS location
- Contacts, call logs, or SMS
- Photos, files, camera, or microphone
- Health, fitness, or financial data
- The list of other apps installed on your device
3Data kept only on your device
The following are stored in the app's local storage on your phone. They are never uploaded to us and are deleted when you uninstall the app:
- Your favourite teams, athletes, and matches
- Your language and theme preference
- Which match reminders you have switched on
- Your locally cached quiz progress and daily prediction count
Notifications. Match reminders and "new match added" alerts for teams you follow are scheduled entirely on your device by Android itself — nothing about these leaves your phone.
If you have favourited a team, we additionally send one server-triggered notification when that team's starting lineup is announced. For this we store a device push token (issued by Expo/Firebase Cloud Messaging) together with the names of the team(s) you follow, so our server knows which devices to notify and for which team. This token is not linked to your identity and is only used to deliver this one notification type. You can stop this at any time by removing the team from your favourites or turning off notifications in Settings — the token is then no longer used.
4Data stored on our backend
Some features need a server so that results can be shared between users. For these, the app generates a random identifier the first time it runs. This identifier is not your Advertising ID, not your device serial number, and is not connected to any real-world identity. It exists only so your own score can be told apart from someone else's.
| What | Why |
|---|---|
| Nickname (optional) | So you appear on the Futbol IQ leaderboard under a name you chose instead of "Player". Free text — please do not enter your real name or any personal detail. |
| Futbol IQ XP, correct answers, badges | To calculate your rank on the daily, weekly, monthly, and all-time leaderboards. |
| Remaining prediction and question credits | To enforce the free daily limit and the extra credits earned by watching a rewarded ad. |
| Poll votes and match reactions | To show aggregate percentages, e.g. how many people expect a given result. Individual votes are never displayed or shared. |
| Random app identifier | To link the rows above to one installation. Regenerated if you clear the app's data or reinstall. |
| Push notification token and followed team names (only if you favourite a team) | To send the one "starting lineup announced" notification for a team you follow, via Firebase Cloud Messaging. Removed when you unfavourite the team or turn off notifications. |
Where it is stored. Our backend runs on
Supabase,
in the Central EU (Frankfurt, eu-central-1) region.
Supabase processes this data on our instructions as a data processor.
Legal basis (GDPR). Article 6(1)(f), our legitimate interest in operating the leaderboard and community features you chose to use. You can object at any time by deleting your nickname and no longer using those features.
Deleting it. Open Settings → Nickname → Delete in the app. Your nickname is erased and you revert to "Player" on the leaderboard. To have the associated score data removed as well, email fre4dev@gmail.com with the nickname you used, and we will delete it within 30 days.
5Match and broadcast data
To show fixtures, kick-off times, and channels, the app requests data from our backend. These requests carry only what is needed to answer them (the date and sport you are viewing) plus standard technical information such as your IP address, which any internet request necessarily includes. We do not build profiles from this and we do not log it for advertising.
Fixture and broadcast information is compiled from publicly available sources and licensed sports data providers. Those providers receive requests from our server, not from your device, and therefore receive no information about you.
6Advertising
The app is free and funded by ads served through Google AdMob (Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC). We show banner ads and optional rewarded ads. Rewarded ads are always your choice: nothing is shown unless you tap to watch one in exchange for an extra credit.
For this, Google may process:
- Your Advertising ID (a resettable identifier Android provides for ads)
- Coarse, IP-derived location such as country or city — never GPS
- Device model, OS version, language, and app version
- Ad interaction data such as impressions, clicks, and rewarded-ad completions
How Google uses this is described in Google's Privacy & Terms and the AdMob partner information.
Your choices about ads
- Ad personalisation. You can turn ad personalisation for your Google account on or off, for this device, at any time in Android Settings → Privacy → Ads.
- Resetting or deleting your Advertising ID. Android Settings → Privacy → Ads. On Android 12 and later you can delete the ID entirely, after which apps receive a string of zeros.
- Industry opt-outs. YourOnlineChoices (EU), NAI and DAA (US), DAAC (Canada), and the AppChoices app.
7App updates
The app uses Expo (EAS Update) to deliver small improvements without a full Play Store download. On launch it asks Expo's servers whether an update exists, sending the app version, runtime version, and platform. No personal data is sent and no account is involved.
8Third parties in full
This is the complete list. There are no analytics SDKs, no crash reporting SDKs, no social network SDKs, and no other advertising networks in this app.
| Service | Role |
|---|---|
| Google AdMob | Serving ads |
| Supabase | Backend hosting for fixtures, leaderboard, and polls |
| Expo (EAS Update) | Delivering app updates |
| Google Play Services | Distribution and core Android functions |
9How long we keep things
- Device-only data: until you delete it or uninstall the app.
- Nickname: until you delete it in the app.
- Score, XP, and credit records: while the leaderboard is active, and removed within 30 days of a deletion request.
- Poll votes and reactions: kept as anonymous totals; individual entries are removed once the match has finished and results are archived.
10Children
TV Spor Rehberi is a general-audience sports guide. It is not directed to children under 13 (or under the applicable age of digital consent in your country, up to 16 in parts of the EEA), and we do not knowingly collect data from them. The app is not enrolled in Google Play's Designed for Families programme. If you believe a child has entered a nickname, email us and we will delete it.
11International transfers
The backend data described in section 4 is stored on servers in Frankfurt, Germany, inside the EEA. We operate from Türkiye, so we access it from there. Our other service providers (Google, Expo) may process data in the United States and elsewhere; where data leaves the EEA or the UK, they rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.
12Your rights
Under the GDPR, the UK GDPR, and Türkiye's KVKK you may request access to, correction of, or erasure of your data, object to processing, ask for a portable copy, and lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority — in Türkiye, the Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK).
Because the app holds no identity data, the practical route is: tell us the nickname you used, and we will locate and delete the matching records. If you never entered a nickname, there is nothing on our servers that can be traced back to you.
13Security
All traffic between the app and our backend is encrypted with HTTPS/TLS. Database access is restricted by row-level security rules so that one installation cannot read or modify another's records. No method of transmission is perfectly secure, but we review these rules whenever we change the app.
14Changes to this policy
If we add a feature that changes what we collect, we will update this page and move the effective date above. Material changes will also be announced in the app's Play Store release notes. The current version always lives at this URL.
